I'm a newb to this if you cant tell. added export PATH="/Users/matt/.local/share/solana/install/active_release‌​/bin:$PATH" to .zshrc file. restarted terminal, entered % solana --version and boom = solana-cli 1.17.25 (src:d0ed878d; feat:3580551090, client:SolanaLabs) Thank you!!!

Dude, I'm having a similar error trying to create token on Devnet.. Here is mine, if you want follow it. I'll be following yours. solana.stackexchange.com/questions/12689/… If you're on Mainnet I would guess its due the ridiculous network congestion as of late. But someone smarter than me may have a better answer.
