System Program undeclared crate in Anchor

Question

I am getting this error when using anchor build.

error[E0433]: failed to resolve: use of undeclared crate or module system_program --> programs/account_data_program/src/instructions/create.rs:22:4 | 22 | system_program::create_account( | ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ use of undeclared crate or module `system_program

Any ideas to why this crate isn't declared?

you have system_program:: used but you need to import it

use anchor_lang::solana_program::system_program;

But this does not has create_account

use anchor_lang::solana_program::system_instruction::create_account;
